Strong Families.
A Stronger Utah.

For Kirk, supporting Utah families isn't an abstract policy goal. It's personal.

Kirk and his wife, Heather, have raised their six children here in Utah. Like families across our state, they've balanced work, school, sports, church, community service, and all the challenges and rewards that come with raising a family.

That experience shapes how Kirk approaches public policy. He believes parents should remain at the center of the decisions that affect their children and that government should make it easier, not harder, for families to build a good life in Utah.

That means keeping taxes low so families can keep more of what they earn. It means strong schools, safe neighborhoods, affordable opportunities, and communities where children can grow and thrive.

It also means recognizing that government cannot replace families, neighborhoods, churches, and communities. Kirk believes Utah is strongest when those institutions are strong and government respects their important role.
